I recently had the joy of photographing the engagement session of our intern Josh and his fiance Meagan in Houston, Texas.  What can I say... young love.  They were not nervous... just happy.  REALLY REALLY HAPPY.  It was a pleasure and a privilege to photograph to enjoy the day with you all.  Your happiness is infectious! Here is just a small taste of the 3 hour long session..

I did this session with D while I was in Miami in December.  This image is one of several hundred she received from her session that will go towards a personal gift for her "love" on Valentine's Day.  I am thinking he is going to like his gift!

Just thought that I would share this crazy story with you:

Every once in a while something happens that blows your mind away.  Something that is so crazy and seemingly random that you cannot really explain why or how it could have possibly occurred.  last week I met Alex (Groom) in Cancun over dinner my first night at the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel. We had finished dinner and were sitting around sharing some wine when Father John (Priest Conducting Ceremony) said something about Alex's ring because he was wearing an identical James Avery Cross ring.  Alex turns to father John and begins to tell him how he found the ring on a Volleyball court. Half Jokingly I interjected a comment under my breath about it being the courts over on Barker Cypress and I10.  Alex turns toward me and says "yes, actually it was those courts".  I reply that I lost a James Avery Ring (identical to the one he is wearing) about ten years ago on those same courts.  His reply "I found this ten years ago" ... he hands me the ring it and it fits perfectly.  Just one of those funny, odd, random crazy things that happen... now is this my ring? maybe... maybe not... pretty freaken coincidental if you ask me...

May or may not be the same ring but every now and then, we get a divine reminder that we are exactly where we are supposed to be, doing what we were meant to do.

A while back we did a Boudoir shoot at an upscale hotel in Houston.   The shoot was a major success do to our amazing clients who trusted us to capture them in a beautiful, elegant and classy way, Seelva (Stylist), Cindy and Jeannie from Blush and Company, Jennifer Turbin (massage Therapist) and of course my wife who was on hand making sure everybody was working together.  We did 9 shoots over the course of 15 hours.  We will be gathering the team together once again in May-June for another shoot so if you are interested please be sure to drop us a line as space is limited.  Here are a few samples from the shoot.
