We are way backed up on blogging though we have been at it every week. I am dedicating the next week to showing you all some of the cool couples, portraits and commercial projects we have been photographing the last few months. To start let me introduce you to Seelva. She is a Stylist here in Houston who had us photograph her wedding this summer. You might remember her from our underwater engagement session we did in Miami last winter. I've got some great stuff from her wedding as well but for now here are a few of her not so traditional bridal portraits we did. I loved that she wanted a themed bridal shoot that was not just some nice pictures in a pretty place ... but images that had a bit of style, sexiness and commercial quality to them.

I cannot express enough how excited I am about our wedding this weekend in Houston. I met Locky and Natasha for the first time when I flew up to Portland, Oregon for their engagement shoot. We met up at Mcmenamins (super cool hotel chain in the Northwest) then drove out to the countryside for the afternoon our shoot ended at the ultra hip ACE Hotel and Stumptons coffee. After spending a week in Bend Oregon with the guys at Big Folio and a couple days in Portland I can understand why so many great photographers have chosen this area of the country as home.
