Ashley was a scholarship athlete on Rice's inaugural soccer team.  TC traveled the world playing "football" in France, and the Netherlands.  Both are teachers and both coach their school's soccer and track teams.  To say they have common ground would be rather Captain Obvious of me.  Soccer helped bring them together, and that's about all it needed to do.

That night, for one particular shot I posed them and asked them to hold still for about 15 seconds or so...  As I pressed the shutter I had the pleasure of witnessing their love in stillness and silence...  Though motionless, there was an incredible sense of joy and grace.  They exude an easy love that feels so right and inspiring;  anyone that spends 15 seconds with them will immediately find this to be true.

Ashley and TC your day was beautiful from sun up to sun down.  It was a pleasure getting to know your family and friends throughout our time together.  I know you were able to see some of these images that same night, however here they are again for the whole world to see :)
